Linocut Prints: The Sequel & Risograph Patterns

Yesterday's morning session involved revisiting linocut printing. This time I experimented with using two different ink colours by using a stencil. After some trial-and-error, my final print turned out well.

Linocut printing is one of my favourite printing methods, as I find the carving process enjoyable and somewhat relaxing, and the printing process itself is fairly simple.

The afternoon session was spent revisiting risograph printing, this time using a pattern I had created earlier using Procreate. I chose to create a colour-based pattern of red objects.

I liked the end result, but as with ever with the risograph, I had to print a lot of excess copies to make it economically viable.
